Key Responsibilities

• Implement and apply Syngenta's Operational Excellence methodology in high-priority projects.
• Train teams and leaders in Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the Operational Excellence methodology.
• Support the growth of a continuous improvement community.

Accountabilities

• Coach P&S leaders to develop their knowledge and capability in establishing a Continuous Improvement culture.
• Champion the use of Operational Excellence methodology, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Foster a culture of Continuous Improvement within the P&S function.
• Work with Functional Managers to establish CI goals and a delivery portfolio aligned with P&S strategy.
• Coach and develop practitioners in Operational Excellence methodology, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Develop strong networks within the practitioner community through coaching, workshops, and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with proven track record in Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management methodology desired.
• Agriculture industry and processes understanding.
• Effective communication with various leaders and team members.
• Pursuit of process excellence and best practices.
