Your Tasks:

Main Purpose


Support in the Develop of all
POSM Design/Artworks and develop of the strategy for promotional items (
VAS) for Mexico and the region.

Main Accountabilities

Planning

  • Support with the innovation matrix within the S&OP process.
  • Support the mapping of the needs of Mexico as an activation market.
  • Base business and innovation: Support in the land of base business and innovation packages for all retailers in the cluster
    POSM catalogue.

POSM


  • POSM: Work together with
    POSM Manager in order to generate POP Materials for all categories and retailers.
  • PICOS: Customize all regional PICOS for local customers talking about POP Material.
  • Main contact with suppliers in order to create the best
    POSM for all Retail Environments and customers (Example of supplier: HH Global).
  • Generate Purchase Orders with
    POSM and
    VAS suppliers.

VAS

  • Support in the Analysis of
    VAS for NCG and SCG markets.

  • VAS development process and alignment with supply team.

Your Profile:


  • At least 1 year of experience in Shopper Marketing/ Trade Marketing areas or Supply related to
    VAS processes.
  • Knowledge of internal processes with shopper, supply, sales and controlling.
  • Trade in Mexico (SSS, Pharma, Indirect Channel). (desirable)
  • Planning, communication, channel/customer understanding, follow up and leadership skills
  • Financial Analysis skills required
  • Negotiations skills
  • Able to identify customers 'needs and build business strategies based on them.
  • Pragmatic, Dynamic, resultsoriented individual with a "hands on" style
  • Able to adapt, navigate and have a protagonist role in a fastpaced, highgrowth, changing environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; team player
  • Personable, Energetic, Responsive, Confident and Honest
  • Fluent English
