Position Summary:

This role is important in the MX Sales structure due to:

  • Collaborate with the Sporting Goods Sr.
Manager in the definition of the Strategic framework while generating Operating framework.

  • Become the Partner of choice by creating trust relationships with buyers.
  • Bring purchase orders on time
and follow up on product deliveries.

  • OB (order Book) analysis and clear segmentation.
  • Coordinate the calendar execution: drive Presale process, ATP's, QBR's, SBP's.
  • Detailed Scorecard management downloading into Category / End Use / Monthly Targets.
  • Segmentation by door profiling and Sell Out Obsession analysis.
  • Identify opportunities and generates the escalation path for approval.
  • Drive multifunctional alignment (internal & external)
  • P&L and Gross to Net management

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate the calendar execution: drive Presale process, ATP's, QBR's, SBP's, etc:
  • Bring purchase orders on time
  • Follow up on product deliveries with Supply Chain
  • Order Book Management
  • Owner of the Sellin process and the GTM execution.
  • Customer Follow Up:
  • Weekly order tracking and Net Revenue target by Quarter.
  • Drive Sell Out Obsession analysis
  • Customer profitability and margin analysis
  • Customer on hand inventory
  • Collections and Credit limits
  • Additional Business Opportunities & Initiatives:
  • Identify, plan, align and execute business opportunities
  • Drive multifunctional alignment (internal & external)
  • Maximize inventory management to reduce past seasons
  • P&L Financials:
  • Gross to Net management
  • Accounting management (AR balance, credit notes on time)

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):


  • Resultsoriented mindset
  • Strategic thinking
  • Experience with OTB Challenges, Order Book management, logistics follow up
  • Experience with driving multifunctional alignment (internal & external)

Education And / Or Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing within FMCG or Sports Industry
  • Proficiency in English language

Other Requirements:


  • The role is Hybrid: 2 days per week in office, remaining days remote.
