    About the job:

    We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our interdisciplinary team in bringing bold ideas to life through visual storytelling, brand expression, and design systems. This role will lead a workstream focused on visual communication, and the translation of strategy into compelling tangible design concepts. It's a unique opportunity to shape purposeful brands and experiences while growing as a leader in design thinking and food innovation.

    Main activities:

    • Lead the visual development of brand identities and storytelling across print, digital, packaging, and environmental applications.
    • Translate strategy and research insights into meaningful visual concepts and design systems with strong craft application.
    • Synthesize ideas with other and understand when to diverge or converge during collaborative design phases.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design presentations, prototypes, and final deliverables.
    • Manage multiple project timelines, support project leads, document and contribute as needed.
    • Actively engage to internal learning, mentorship, and studio-wide initiatives.
    • Share inspiration, explore creative possibilities, and contribute to a culture of inclusive, feedback-driven collaboration.

    Qualifications / Experience:

    • 3–5+ years of experience in visual communication or graphic design.
    • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.
    • Strong branding (storytelling and creative expressions) and design skills (layout, color, typography).
    • Expertise in creation of brand identity and visual design systems, logo & publication iconography, illustration, advertising and marketing campaigns, exhibition design, packaging, marketing collateral.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills (written and verbal).
    • A mindset grounded in curiosity, feedback, collaboration and ownership.
    • Fluency in English and Spanish.
    • Portafolio is a must.
