    YOUR MAIN TASKSPre-sales demonstrations
    Conduct pre-sales demonstrations to showcase OPENMIND Technologies products features and capabilities to potential customers. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor demonstrations to address specific needs. Provide technical expertise during sales meetings to answer questions and address concerns.
    Post-Sales Customer Support
    Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance after the sale. Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues reported by customers. Collaborate with the team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Maintain regular communication with customers to update them on the status of their support requests.
    Customer Training Services
    Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Create training materials and tutorials to facilitate user understanding and adoption. Offer ongoing training sessions for existing customers, especially for new updates or features.
    Documentation
    Create and update support documentation, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides. Document customer interactions and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing. Perform testing of new software releases to identify and report any bugs or issues. Create instructional videos that effectively communicate complex concepts and processes.
    Working with partners
    Collaborate with company partners to understand their needs and requirements. Participate in joint solution development projects with partners to create integrated solutions. Act as a liaison between the company and local partners, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and successful project implementation.
    Working with customers
    Offer consultation on technical aspects, feasibility, and best practices. Provide guidance on optimizing solutions to meet customer objectives. Ensure successful implementation of projects from conception to completion.
    Trade Show Participation
    Participate in trade shows to showcase our software solutions, developing captivating demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits. Engage with potential customers and partners at trade shows to gather feedback and understand market trends.
    YOUR PROFILEEducationBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineer, a related field, or comparable working experience.
    ExperienceAt least 5 years of Manufacturing and/or CNC programming experience of multiple parts, materials, and metal removing processes.

    Working with multiple CNC controls (Siemens, Haas, Fanuc, Heidenhain)Working with milling and turning machines (multi-axis preferred)Training as a machine tool operator, precision mechanic, toolmaker, mechanical engineer, or comparable training.

    Technical SkillsExcellent computer skills (CAD/CAM, Office, Web)Proficient in using and troubleshooting software applications.

    Experience with remote assistance tools (experience with ticketing systems is a plus).Analytical mindset to understand and troubleshoot complex technical problems.

    Experience with CAM softwareExperience with CAD software (Solidworks and Autodesk Inventor is a plus)Strong GD&T knowledge.
    Personal SkillsEnglish language proficiencyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
    Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve software issues.
    Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple support requests.

    Candidate must be a Mexican citizen or have permanent resident status.
