Requirements:
- Currently reside or have lived in the U.S. for at least 15 years
- At least 5 years of experience in SMM
- Excellent knowledge of Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms. Knowledge of their characteristics, tone of communication, warming tools
- You have a portfolio, good cases proving growth in the number of subscribers, sales
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategy with the SMM department for the development of the company's web pages, increase loyalty and engagement
- Develop a content plan
- Analyze and increase LTV of customers
- Run promotional channels in accordance with approved goals and objectives
- Create creative and engaging texts for social media in accordance with the brand's TOV
- Write TOR to designer to develop social media visuals
- Work with feedback in comments
- Work on ER and ERR growth
- Analyze CA, competitors, trends
- Use various tools to create warmup chains
- Test hypotheses to increase leads and sales through content
- Work on subscriber growth on social networks
- Collect and analyze SMM metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, etc.) and propose solutions to improve them
