    We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead financial operations at Boyd's manufacturing facility. This role will partner closely with plant leadership to drive financial performance, ensure strong cost controls, and support strategic decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for the plant
    • Analyze production costs variance drivers operational performance to provide actionable insights
    • Lead monthly close activities ensuring accuracy in inventory valuation cost accounting and financial reporting
    • Develop monitor KPIs to track efficiency quality and cost improvements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting or related field MBA or CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment
