    Senior Associate - UX/Graphic Design Role

    The role of Senior Associate in our UX/Graphic Design team involves working with software and product innovation teams to develop cutting-edge solutions. As a member of this team, you will combine technical expertise with creative thinking to deliver innovative products and solutions.

    You will focus on creating and enhancing the overall user experience when interacting with a product, system, or service. This includes anticipating client needs, delivering quality work, and embracing ambiguity to grow professionally.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Uncover business truths to inform design decisions
    • Synthesize and present work to stakeholders
    • Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
    • Analyze complex problems and mentor junior team members
    • BUILD and maintain strong client relationships
    • Deepen understanding of the business context and market trends
    • Navigate complex situations to deliver high-quality results

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or relevant field
    • 3-5 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer
    • Proficiency in English (oral and written)

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Master's Degree (desired)
    • Excellent design taste and eye for detail
    • Ability to uncover user behaviors to define great products
    • Proven ability to synthesize and present work effectively
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and other relevant tools
    • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects
