    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieve annual objectives for safety, quality, delivery, and cost within the assigned value stream or defined area.
    • Drive lean manufacturing transformation through education, kaizen concepts, visual management tools, and root cause problem solving.
    • Establish goals and strategies to achieve continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

    Management Responsibilities:

    • Manage administrative and operative employees, including Supervisors, team leaders, engineers, maintenance, quality, procurement, and planning personnel.
    • Provide direction and collaborate with management and support staff to conduct operations safely and productively, meeting customer needs and business objectives.
    • Develop talent through growth, training, and development opportunities, coaching, and counseling staff.
    • Implement performance management, recruitment, salary adjustments, work schedules, and employee relations to manage the department effectively.
    • Coordinate production planning to meet customer requirements and make decisions regarding safety, quality, process procedures, equipment maintenance, and labor utilization.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
    • 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing, with 5-7 years of supervisory experience.
    • Preferred: Master's degree, 5 years of Lean Operations experience, and 5 years working in a regulated environment within the drug and medical device industry.
    • Direct profit and loss accountability experience preferred.
