- Own and ensure SAP SuccessFactors configurations are delivered meeting project requirements supporting project and BAU (Business as Usual) requirements.
- Govern and guide the team for configuration delivery.
- Work with project and BAU teams to resolve issues.
- Manage vendor relationships, monitor delivery, and ensure metric compliance and overall customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison to the Business, serving as a single point of contact for IT Service Delivery and Technology groups.
- Plan and manage Support Budget for Hosting, Software, and Configuration.
- Handle project intake and demand management.
- Manage high-priority support tickets, attend to escalations, and provide 24 / 7 on-call support.
- Oversee SAP SuccessFactors project lifecycle implementation and integrations.
- Collaborate in a corporate IT environment with multiple disciplines to deliver projects aligned with customer needs.
- Work within a corporate IT environment in the Operational / Support Service Management role meeting ITIL framework.
- Review technical program / code concerning SAP SuccessFactors Configuration responsibilities.
- Degree in Computer Science and / or a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of engineering / development experience utilizing high-level programming languages such as ASP .Net, Java, SQL, C#, HANA, and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Certifications in industry practices like ITIL, BPM, etc.
- Experience in Support, implementation, and integration in SuccessFactors
- Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Certifications , particularly in Learning, Core HR, and Performance Management Configuration.
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
