Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, email, and chat.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
• Cascade issues that require escalation to other departments or managers.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, flexibility with schedules including evenings/weekends/holidays/on call rotations depending on the business needs as this position is considered vital operations support role (May vary by location)
