    Description

    : Learning Experience Manager

    The Learning Experience Manager will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and implementing all of our training programs. They will work closely with our Learning Experience Leaders and other site managers daily to ensure the quality of all programs and to execute and deliver world-class training for all of our teammates and future leaders.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain Training Schedule for Colombia Sites: This is to be worked on daily to ensure transparency with other departments
  • Update all Spreadsheets for rosters for Colombia Team: This is to be worked on daily, as employees are added or deleted.
  • Create Seats for New Training Staff: This includes updated job descriptions, duties, and pay ranges
  • Interview for New Training Staff: This should include interview questions regarding skillset and culture
  • Onboard Training Staff: Complete overview of TaskUs culture and Job Expectations
  • Set Job Expectations with Training Staff: This includes all policies and procedures for training staff
  • Grade Training Staff on Training Skill Sets: This is where the KPIs are assessed and measured
  • Develop Training Staff and Leadership with education and certifications: In the area of continued education, trainers are expected to take classes/certs
  • Observe Training Staff during training classes: To maintain excellence in their performance, observations will be conducted
  • Provide Positive and Constructive Feedback: Coaching and mentoring each trainer for improvements and praise
  • Provide KPIs and standards for each quarter for Training Staff: This is setting goals for each trainer quarterly
  • Provide tools/resources to assist in excellent training material creation: Give access to all resources to maintain job function
  • Document information on each Training Staff Member: Maintain electronic records to each trainer
  • Receive and analyze training evaluation forms for each class: Look for trends and patterns to help improve the training department
  • Create and maintain training methodologies for the training department: Find innovative ways to enhance the training experience
  • Develop training courses to further educate current employees: To further educate our employees for possible higher positions
  • Maintain strong communication with Recruiting and Operations: Co-create a strong cycle from pipeline to production
  • Ensure the accountability of the positions to which responsibilities have been delegated in the safety and health management system.
  • Define and allocate the financial and technical resources and personnel necessary for the design, implementation, review, evaluation and improvement of prevention and control measures so that those responsible for occupational health and safety in the company can satisfactorily perform their duties.
  • Ensure compliance with current legal requirements applicable to the OSHMS.
  • Adopt effective provisions for the management of hazards and risks of workers and/or contractors, equipment and facilities.
  • Collaborate in the development of activities for the prevention of work accidents and occupational diseases, as well as health promotion, in conjunction with the HSEQ area.
  • Guarantee and allow the participation of workers and their representatives before the Joint Committee or Health and Safety at Work Oversight and also that the latter function and have the time and other necessary resources.
  • Inform workers and/or contractors, the representatives before the COPASST, the development of all stages of the SG-OSH and also evaluate the recommendations emanating from them.
  • Ensure the training of workers in the aspects of occupational health and safety, within the working day.
  • Inform the COPASST and Coexistence Committee of any new development that may affect the correct performance of the OSH Management System.
  • Ensure compliance with established OSHMS programs and plans.
  • Review the OSHMS at least once a year.
  • Maintain communication with the personnel in order to know their needs in terms of Occupational Safety and Health.
  • Ensure that the appropriate personal protective equipment is used and maintained in good condition for each task.
  • Allow the participation of their collaborators in the activities programmed by the COPASST, COEXISTENCE COMMITTEE and/or the organization in OSH aspects.
  • Set an example in complying with all the Safety Standards and procedures of the SG.
  • Properly use and take care of personal protection elements, personal protection equipment and protection systems provided by COPASST, the
  • equipment and protection systems provided and implemented by the company if applicable to the position.
  • Ensure the good order and cleanliness of their area.
  • Immediately report acts, unsafe conditions, adverse health conditions, emergencies, environmental impacts or possible environmental impacts, accidents and near misses, safety risks, process failures, nonconforming products and others that may affect safety and health.
  • To take integral care of their health and to perform work activities in a safe manner.
  • Attend and actively participate in training, induction, prevention and risk control activities defined by the company, the COPASST and the Coexistence Committee.
  • Participate and contribute to the fulfillment of the OSH objectives.
  • Communicate all suggestions and consult all concerns related to occupational health and safety.
  • Before starting any activity, identify and analyze risk situations and report to the OSH manager if necessary.
  • Make rational use of paper, water, energy and natural resources.
  • Elect or be elected as a member of the Copasst or Coexistence Committee.
  • Participate in the identification of hazards, evaluation and risk assessment.
  • Know and apply the actions described in the emergency plan.
  • Qualifications

  • Five years of training experience
  • Two years of management experience
  • Two years of BPO Experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Strong will to learn and adapt to quick change
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications required
  • Strong, confident, and effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring skills
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evenings, and long hours.
  • High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills are required.
