    Position: Senior Collection Supervisor – North America

    • This role involves overseeing the Customer to Cash cycle for Honeywell Building Automation – Project and Service clients.
    • Key responsibilities include improving Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), enhancing working capital efficiency, reducing receivable aging, and resolving issues with delinquent customers.
    • Manage and coordinate the daily tasks of Collection Analysts/Specialists, serving as the primary contact to Regional leadership.
    • Lead initiatives to boost Net AR results and optimize collection processes.
    • Ensure timely goal achievement for Net Working Capital (WC)/Accounts Receivable (AR) and Dispute prevention.
    • Responsible for pre-sales credit checks, payment term optimization, and managing AFDA (Allowance For Doubtful Accounts).
    • Collaborate with Operations/CX/Contracts teams on customer disputes and escalations.
    • Develop and nurture strong internal and external customer relationships.

    Experience & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (Professional Finance qualification preferred).
    • Over 10 years of experience in collection, dispute resolution, or managing customer relationships in a multinational setting, with a focus on North America.
    • Minimum 5 years of Team Management experience.
    • Familiarity with North America Lien Bond Management and state regulations.
    • Proven track record of influencing without authority and strong negotiation skills.
    • ERP knowledge (preferably SAP), Tableau, High Radius expertise.
    • Experience in contractual disputes/legal cases and leading process changes.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor messages across internal and external stakeholders.
