    Technical Skills
    :


    • Experience managing ALM.
    • Manage test team resources, activities and deliverables.
    • Manage all testing efforts defined in scope (i.e. can handle Manual, Automated and Performance Testing).
    • Create the overall Testing strategy and work plan.
    • Communicate the results of each stage of testing to management and project leadership.
    • Detect, report and track project risks, issues and dependencies.
    • Manages the timing of each resource assignment.
    • Is the main point of contact and the highest escalation level of the test team.
    • Ensures adherence to agreedupon dates in the Work Plan.
    Knowledge of SAP is a plusExperience managing distributed teams in different locations.
