    Executive Assistant to the Finance Director

    Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or related fields.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Manage the CFO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare, consolidate, and review financial and budget reports, as well as executive presentations for senior management.
    • Coordinate communication between the CFO, other department leaders, and key external contacts (vendors, auditors, banks).
    • Handle administrative tasks (purchase orders, payments, travel expenses, logistics for events and training).
    • Support the coordination of monthly closings, budget reviews, and internal and external audits.

    Requirements and Knowledge:

    • 3 years of experience in a similar position.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance.
    • Experience preparing reports and executive presentations.
