HPE Aruba Business Analyst

This role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.


We are seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and experienced individual contributor, who will be responsible for development of business analytics platform and reporting services for sales and operations management.


How You'll Make an Impact:


  • Provide general support for sales processing activities for an assigned business area or group.
  • Consult and advises on operational matters, Resolves operational issues, which may require collaboration with cross organizational teams
  • Communicate data and issue analysis to stakeholders
  • Develop customized data collection forms, methods and reports in response to business requests and in accordance with sales processing systems and standards.
  • Use electronic sales documentation, order management, account management and creation, systems and tools, including report building and design, regular and ad hoc reporting and data search
  • Proactively identify and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Effectively communicate issues and negotiate resolution with local and group management.

About you:


  • Typically 5+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. Extensive knowledge of research methodology for the most challenging business issues.
  • Proven analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills.
  • Developing ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives, in support of the customer/partner requirements.
  • Proven project management skills, including leading large, crossfunctional initiatives that impact the organization.
  • Relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
  • Ability to lead multiple, large, time sensitive projects or work streams.
  • Mastery in English and local language.
  • Proficient in multiple word processing, Excel and salesforce knowledge
