    About the Role:

    ">

    The Endobariatrics Field Clinical Specialist (FCS) provides day-to-day account management and clinical case support and education for Endobariatrics and Closure products and accounts in the Northeast of Mexico, based in Tijuana.

    ">

    This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, driving sales growth for our product portfolio while providing guidance, training, and advice on cutting-edge therapies.

    ">

    As FCS, you will be the first point of contact for Endobariatrics and the main responsible for the development of the region.

    ">

    Key Responsibilities:

    ">

    - Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales growth and market share.

    ">

    - Provide detailed business intelligence on accounts, including market size, trends, and competitive landscape.

    ">

    - Identify and manage sales opportunities derived from clinical support.

    ">

    - Conduct procedural training, provide clinical support, and manage clinical evaluation.

    ">

    - Deliver excellent product servicing and secure BSC market share.

    ">

    - Attend customer, company, and industry-sponsored events with a strategic mindset.

    ">

    What We Are Looking For:

    ">

    - Bachelor's Degree in biomedical engineering or related field.

    ">

    - At least 5 years of experience as a clinical specialist or sales executive in Medical Devices.

    ">

    - Based in Tijuana.

    ">

    - Comfortable working in operating rooms (25-50% of the time).

    ">

    - Proactive and innovative team member with strong remote leadership skills.

    ">

    - Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

    ">

    - Understanding demand generation value in the hospital ecosystem.

    ">
