    **INGENIERO DE CONTROL DE PRODUCCIÓN**

    El Ingeniero de Control de Producción desempeñará un papel clave en la optimización de los procesos de producción, el seguimiento de la planificación y el control de la eficiencia operativa en nuestra empresa de manufactura electrónica. Este rol requiere habilidades analíticas sólidas, capacidad para trabajar con datos complejos y experiencia en planificación y control de producción.

    Responsabilidades:

    1. Desarrollar y mantener sistemas de control de producción para garantizar la eficiencia y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción.
    2. Colaborar con el equipo de planificación para traducir los planes de producción en acciones concretas, asegurando la asignación adecuada de recursos y tiempos de producción.
    3. Realizar análisis de capacidad y carga de trabajo para identificar cuellos de botella y oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de producción.
    4. Implementar herramientas y metodologías para el seguimiento y control de la producción, incluyendo tableros de control y sistemas de gestión de la producción.
    5. Movilizar indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) para evaluar el desempeño de la producción y proponer acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.
    6. Colaborar con el equipo de ingeniería para implementar cambios en los procesos de producción y mejorar la eficiencia y calidad del producto.
    7. Participar en la elaboración de presupuestos y planes operativos anuales, proporcionando datos y análisis para respaldar la toma de decisiones.
    8. Ayudar a implementar proyectos de mejora continua y optimización de procesos en el área de producción.

    Requisitos:

    1. Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Producción, o carrera afín.
    2. Experiencia previa en roles relacionados con control de producción, planificación de la producción o gestión de operaciones en empresas de manufactura electrónica o sectores similares.
    3. Conocimientos sólidos en herramientas y metodologías de planificación y control de la producción, como MRP, ERP, Lean Manufacturing, y Six Sigma.
    4. Habilidades avanzadas en análisis de datos y manejo de herramientas de análisis estadístico.
    5. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse de manera efectiva en todos los niveles de la organización.
    6. Orientación hacia resultados y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión en un entorno dinámico.
    7. Conocimientos básicos de sistemas de gestión de la calidad y mejora continua serán valorados.
