Customer Sales Specialist II

Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 102 company, and a global technology leader, is looking for a Customer Sales Specialist for our Alpharetta Georgia branch who is passionate about being on the forefront of leading-edge tech

As a Customer Sales Specialist, you will work to establish and retain strong and influential customer, supplier, and internal relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage the overall account relationship and the daytoday sales activities by providing service and support to assigned customer base
Working with internal and external resources, facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirements
Owner of the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinates resources and processing of quotations, works with management to set pricing
Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve presales and postsales problems, provide proactive notification to customer of changes to delivery status.
Liaison between sales team

- ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc. are resolved in a timely fashion

Ongoing Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Owns & Maintains Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs
Mid Senior experience working independently alongside customer and colleagues focusing on delivering on time sales commitments.

What We're Looking For

Typically requires a 4year degree and 6 years of experience in customer service, sales, buying, planning, or procurement
Intermediate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Use of CRM tools is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English
