Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning and scheduling activities and resources
- Process and data analysis methods, measurements, machines, maintenance, and materials
- Design product, process, equipment, etc.
- Project Management process validation, process certification
- Quality control process control, supplier approvals, customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
Critical Competencies
- Good organizational skills and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work together with plant staff, direct and indirect personnel, internal and external auditors
- Must have good order and organization and analytical skills.
- Flexible to travel (current US VISA). Can travel to suppliers facilities
- Hands on
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, BS or MS or Sr. year student in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 1+ years of experience
- Benchmark and communicate "Best Practices" within the Organization
- Work with the department leaders to develop and maintain a Kaizen funnel
- Work closely with the regional and Corporate ABS Office
- Ability to work together with plant staff, direct and indirect personnel, internal and external auditors
- English: Intermediate, technical reading, writing and conversation skills.
- Computer usage, use of windows office.
- Flexible to travel (current US VISA). Can travel to suppliers facilities
- Hands on
