Extenteam is currently looking for a
Recruitment Specialist to undertake the following tasks:
- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting in accordance with Extenteam qualifications
- Develop and maintain relationships with Partners
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and CEO including assisting with maintaining recruitment unit files,
- Prepare and post job advertisements following Partner's requirements
- Assist in process improvements including recruitment tools, templates, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in updating the corporate recruitment tracker, ensuring it agrees with jobs posted on the Extenteam Talent Center and external sites for all open project/proposal positions.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to promote a culture of purpose and excellence in recruiting with the recruitment team and with all staff.
- Workforce scheduling
- Talent management
- Any other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- 13 years experience in fullcycle recruitment
- Demonstrated experience engaging in multiple simultaneous recruiting and managing the entire recruitment cycle.
- Experience with erecruitment or applicant tracking systems (Freshteam, Breezy, Sparkhire, etc.)
- Good attitude
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to prioritize work
- Ability to build trust
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 30MBPS or higher internet speed
- Minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background)
- Backups in case of power or Telco interruptions
- Good headset and webcam (Preferably noisecanceling headset)
