Duties and Responsibilities:

Near perfect level of English required (C1+ minimum)
:


  • Will handle
    highvolume inbound customer calls to answer questions and provide updates on shipments while maintaining toptier customer satisfaction
  • Will handle
    customer complaints & solve issues between the customer and the company
-
Call & follow up on leads provided by company during low volume call periods
-
Fill out reports during low volume call periods

  • Follow up on appointments that did not show or were not closed
  • Make outbound cold calls to prospect new clients
  • Build and develop relationships with customers and potential new customers based on trust and respect
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a daytoday basis
  • Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and managers
  • Other duties as required by management

Experience:

-
Experience in customer service or tele-performance required (1 year minimum)
:


  • Working knowledge of selling and guiding customers through product value and utilization
  • Track record of providing detailoriented services to internal or external clients
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills; demonstrated ability to lead client engagements and communicate complex technical and compliance matters to various audiences in an easily digestible manner
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to clearly recognize risk elements in business transactions
  • Strong capability to work under pressure, to tight timelines, and under their own initiative, both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment
  • Proactive, with the ability to selforganize and multitask in a fastpaced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and ability to produce high quality work product
  • Excellent organizational skills; including ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple engagements simultaneously

Requirements:


  • BS/BA from an accredited university, preferred Business Degree
  • Minimum 2 years in a sales and professional office environment preferred
  • Experience with Support and Selling Services, B2B or B2C
  • Detail oriented with strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Exceptional presentation skills (prepare documentation and product demos, lead customer status meetings, etc.)
  • Experience acting as a liaison between business and technical resources
  • Working knowledge of customer service and telephone etiquette
  • Quiet home office work environment
  • Willing to work in US PST time zone
  • Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available
  • Dependable electricity with power backup available
  • At least 8gen i3 processors, 8GB RAM, and Windows or MAC, SSD Disc.
  • Must be bilingual (English required, B2 minimum)
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
