Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.

Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience in online ad business, businessdevelopment, marketing or consulting business.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads.
  • Ability to prioritize, maintain, and quickly complete work with attention to detail.
  • Excellent problemsolving, investigative, communication, and people management skills.

Responsibilities:


  • Work collaboratively with clients and agencies to manage advertising accounts, monitor spend, and identify missed opportunities.
  • Provide accurate campaign and client updates to the Business team, missed ROI opportunity, and daily campaign performance, thereby generating the team business.
  • Troubleshoot, identify problems, and present solutions to the client and agency. Manage and troubleshoot advertiser participation in new products.
  • Organize and manage regular calls and communication with all clients and agencies, to grow the relationship and share relevant news or industry developments.
  • Collaborate with Account Executive and Lead on generating business/promoting across named accounts and strategy for relationship ownership with agency partners and serve as a mentor for team members.
