    Your Role in Our Mission

    The business analyst will be a key liaison between System/Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Process Owners, and Business partners, working together to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and user productivity.

    This position requires someone who is committed to identifying innovative solutions in a rapidly evolving digital landscape to drive critical initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, superb communication skills, and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems to effectively convey complex information to senior leadership.

    Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Quality System Management process owners and key partners to capture detailed business requirements.
  • Analyze data from Quality Management System processes to identify patterns, trends, and insights guiding business decisions and workflow improvements.
  • Develop and document business process models illustrating current and future states based on business owner requirements and pinpointing areas for automation and/or improvement.
  • Drive awareness of requirements across business units, evaluating real-time data to identify substandard systems processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and other groups to implement solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategic goals.
  • Serve as a leader with vision, developing prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to partners and executives.
  • Develop structured governance with business owners and IT for optimized systems integration.
  • Participate in User Acceptance testing to ensure systems meet business requirements.

    • Your Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology, computer science, or a STEM-related field.
    • 8+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, design, and development.
    • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems in the Pharma/Device Industry preferred.
    • Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
    • Highly proficient in technical writing.
    • Experience in testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.
    • Professional Certification preferred.
    • Ability to communicate and influence key partners to support proposed strategies and operational decisions.
    • Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills.
    • Superb communication and leadership skills.
    • Proven understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and project management.
