    About our client

    Our client is an international real estate fund looking for a CFO for its operating entity in Mexico, focused on industrial properties.

    It is your chance to join a recognised team of qualified professionals and lead strategic initiatives including debt raising, structuring syndicated credits and portfolio management.

    You will also help to build and oversee the finance and administration teams. The position is based in Mexico City.

    What the job involves Develop solid relationships between issuers of public or private debt and the fundLead the deal origination, execution, and completion of syndicated debt transactionsMonitor and administrate the credit / debt portfolio of the fundParticipate in the origination and approval of new investments & divestmentsLiaise with other internal and external parties on transactions (investment bankers, debt syndicates, investors, stakeholders, lawyers, compliance, accountants, other banks etc.)Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management teamManage the debt requests and budgeting processesSupervise and lead all finance personnel (controllers, planning, treasurers, etc.)

    Report financial results to the board of directorsEnsure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirementsWho we are looking for Strong experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in private equity and / or investment banking with a particular focus on debt capital raising and syndicated loans structuringBachelor's degree in accounting or finance; an MBA is a plusSuperior financial and business skillsExceptional communication skills, developing ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAnalytical thinker and detail orientedBilingual fluency in English and Spanish
