_Integration lead_

Projects can vary all the way from integrating two internal systems (NetSuite and Salesforce), enabling ecommerce integration with ERP (Shopify to NetSuite), enabling connectivity with customers through B2B, or enabling connectivity with data warehouses, A2A, B2B you name it. Projects might require working with external partners._
The team consists of a functional (business analysts) and technical (integration engineer) arm. They will _be responsible for_ enabling the delivery of successful projects by this team, developing the team, and creating the relationship with our partners._
The leader will be coaching and developing the team that will be working, this job also requires building and developing relationships with Bring IT integration platform partners._
Day in a life_

- _Leading _team_ to generate a vision, _establish_ direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, _leverage_ diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation._
- _Drive project intake for the team. (Sales Funnel)_
- _Overall resource planning for current and future assignments._
- _Provide_ input to the talent development team to support the growth and development of _his / _her team._
- _Workload planning assignment for the team members based on project requirements and skills._
- _Support team to disrupt, improve and evolve ways of working when necessary._
- _Define best practices and deliverable for all project lifecycles._
- _Mentor and develop team members; _identify_ training requirements both for soft skills and technical skills._
- _Facilitate functional and technical cross training for the team _members_
- _Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments._
- _Participate in project steering committee _representing_ Bring IT _leadership_
- _Support strategic sales activities._
- _Lead hiring process._
- _Develop and _maintain_ relationships with IPaaS platform partners._

Skills_

- _Business Analyst / solution management background._
- _Demonstrating an understanding of integrations with third party systems through a variety integration patterns and _NetSuite_ capabilities;_
- _Experience with IPaaS platforms_
- _Experience with API's integrations_
- _Managing and communicating with the development team to design and implement solutions with a focus on adhering to industry leading practices and code quality techniques._
- _Producing deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously._
- _Demonstrating proven abilities to manage a team around efforts with _identifying_ and addressing client needs: building, _maintaining_, and _utilizing_ networks of client relationships and community involvement; _communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, collection; and preparing or coordinating complex written and verbal materials._
- _Excellent communications skills, capability to lead client executive discussions focused on scope, approach, design, and implementation considerations._
