    practice user-centered design process, plan and apply user research methodologies like ethnographic interviewing and testing of concepts, develop customer journey maps, service blueprints, design concepts, interaction guidelines based on relevant user insights, and usability evaluationBachelor's Degree in a design discipline in combination with user-centered methods, sociology, anthropology, psychologyProficiency in prototyping software such as Figma, Sketch and XDProficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe IllustratorPreferred Proficiency in interaction design and information architectureWCAG certification or equivalent expertiseInclusive Design knowledgeExcellent business knowledge paired with outstanding analytical and conceptual skillsWork under time constraints on several tasks and projects simultaneously, as well as a marked ability to work in cross-functional teamsExperience designing in an agile or engineering focused environmentNice to have Visual Design skills (including motion graphics / multimedia)Dungeons & Dragons 5e proficiencyWork experience in a successful product-oriented design agency and/or experience working with an industrial client base or comparable experience in a UX team of an established industrial companyAdditional InformationVacancy applies to the referral program.
