The Launch Box is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Salesforce Sr. Developer to join one of our best clients - an exciting cloud development firm, crafting a digital journey that enhances customer, user, and IT experiences.

What You Will Do:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to enable project delivery and customer consultancy. This position is flexible in location, as our culture allows for remote work or on Site in our Guadalajara office.

Role Definition:

We seek a highly skilled Solutions Architect who can design enterprise-level solutions and leverage cloud technologies to create highly dependable systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural patterns, SDLC practices, DevOps, and security.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership in designing cloud-ready and cloud-native solution architectures.
• Utilize cloud-native tools and services to increase time to market and drive innovation.
• Review new and existing system designs and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with customers to review and maintain architectural guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience developing complex solutions and applications.
• 5+ years of experience migrating applications to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• 7+ years of experience with Agile frameworks such as SAFe, XP, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Experience with modern web and mobile technologies.
• Strong background in API design, including versioning, isolation, and microservice architectures.
• Experience redesigning monolith applications into modern tech stacks.
• Experience with containerization and security/compliance.
• Experience working in a DevOps, CI/CD environment with tools like Jira, Jenkins, Kubernetes, etc.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform or similar tools.

Your Tech Stack:

• Cloud: Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Design: Enterprise Architecture Patterns/Styles, Integration Patterns, Service Design Patterns, Cloud patterns.
• Storage: AWS Storage, Azure storage, SQL/NoSQL.
• Development: JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, API, GraphQL, NodeJS.
• Scripting: JavaScript, Ruby, Bash, PowerShell, Python.
• Other technologies: DynamoDB, AWS Infrastructure as Code, Terraform or Cloudformation, Docker, Kubernetes, Service Mesh.
