Perform metal product development management, especially in charge of stamping/punching product and tooling development management, and achieve the results by all the team members, efforts, get the customers approval and cut in mass production.

  • Lead a new stamp punch product development, achieve the results on time, get the customers approval in cut mass production.
  • Making project schedule plan and work with other teams to perform, control to the real progress and monitoring.
  • Work whit BPM or factory to quote and estimate the part, the tooling, and make Excel forms and Power Point report.
  • Follow up the design schedule form RD team, trace the DFM report of tooling shop, including part structure analysis, tooling feasibility.
  • Communicate with customer or RD, review the structure and process, and give a cost down proposal and plan.
  • Take the charge of tooling and pilot run, issue resolve, and make tooling trial report and issue list.
  • PPAP sheet prepare and get approval from customer.
  • Input the metal parts information in SAP.
  • Dealing with the special problems after MP and resolve of customer complain.
