We are looking for an experienced
General Manager to join our team at SLS Cancun.

In your role you will be responsible for leading and supporting the team on the day-to-day management of a successful operation.

As the GM, you'll embody the SLS brand, creating an indulgent wonderland that defines the unique SLS experience for both our guests and team.

SLS Cancun is a beachfront sanctuary featuring 45 suites, ocean views and world class decor. The vibrant private beach club is breathtaking. Guests can experience the poolside scene, indulge in the luxurious spa, and enjoy dining at internationally renowned restaurant, Leynia.

Job Description What you'll do**- Fully own the commercials of your property and overall performance, from P&L, through to budgets, through to planning and forecasting (and re-forecasting)

• Achieve and maintain the highest possible levels of customer service to both external and internal customers, forging longterm relationships with suppliers and contractors
• Support your Leaders in the daytoday People management of our Rooms and F&B teams.
• Oversee all quality evaluation processes and strive to improve all qualitative metrics.
• Be ultimately accountable for delivering projects in your property.
• And everything else inbetween

Qualifications What we're looking for**- You are an experienced, commercially savvy operator and have prior experience in a similar role.

• You have experience either directly or indirectly managing food & beverage operations.
• Someone with a passion for hospitality, you inspire an enthusiastic guestcentred approach.
• You have a handson approach and are willing to roll up your sleeves and work shifts if required, side by side with the team.
• You are humble & kind; you think big and encourage your team to believe.
• You are comfortable with the strategic as well as day to day detail.
• You are a natural at leading and managing others, and you lead by example, creating an environment where your team can be their best self.
