Company Description:

Clever Tiny Homes, an innovative and high-growth company that builds high-quality, prefabricated homes for export, is looking to hire its first employees for its new 3,000 square meter factory in Ensenada (near Walmart Reforma).

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the construction of prefabricated homes in our new 3000squaremeter factory.
  • Oversee a team of skilled workers to ensure that all work is completed to our high standards.
  • Train new skilled and unskilled workers
  • Evaluate the performance of employees involved in the production process
  • Collaborate with our design, engineering and management teams to help improve our homes and the way we build them.

Requirements:


  • At least ten years of experience in the construction industry, with a significant portion of that experience in building, maintaining or remodeling stickframed homes, ideally in the US
  • 5+ years of experience managing construction projects and/or construction personnel
  • Deep experience in all areas of home construction (framing, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.)
  • A commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of workers.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
  • A willingness to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • English skills are a strong advantage, although not required
