    Nuestro equipo de tecnología busca un experto en desarrollo de sistemas para desempeñar el rol de gerente. Se requiere analizar los requisitos del negocio, evaluar soluciones tecnológicas y asegurar la integración de nuevas soluciones.

    Diseño del Puesto

    Objetivo General:

    Recopilar y analizar los requisitos del negocio, garantizando que estén claros, concisos y alineados con los objetivos organizacionales.

    Responsabilidades Principales:

    1. Recopilación de Requerimientos: Trabajar con partes interesadas para obtener, documentar y priorizar los requisitos del negocio.
    2. Análisis de Procesos del Negocio: Identificar áreas de mejora, reingeniería y automatización de procesos existentes.
    3. Administración y Seguimiento de Requerimientos: Colaborar con las partes interesadas para agilizar los flujos de trabajo y aumentar la eficiencia.
    4. Evaluación de Soluciones Tecnológicas: Evaluar la funcionalidad y compatibilidad de sistemas con necesidades del negocio.
    5. Validación y Pruebas: Participar en pruebas y validación de soluciones.
    6. Análisis de Impacto: Evaluar el impacto de cambios en el negocio.
    7. Mejora Continua: Implementar mejoras basadas en análisis de datos.
    8. Comunicación y Presentación de Resultados: Compartir resultados con equipos relevantes.
