Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all facilities building maintenance and utilities, including cleaning the plant.
• Ensure tasks commissioned by the supervisor are followed up on.
• Monitor cleaning assistants in assigned areas.
• Participate in the development and programming of preventive and predictive maintenance, then execute them.
• Supervise technical services and work orders for clients.
• Responsible for the safety of work carried out by installation technicians, providing necessary permits.
• Validate work done and ensure high-quality and safe work practices.
• Respond to emergency calls using communication equipment.
• Inform the supervisor daily about work completed and pending.
• Report any risk situation in building equipment to the relevant personnel.
• Anticipate spare parts purchases for equipment under their supervision.
• Follow up on material purchase requisitions.
• Conduct regular tours to review building conditions.
• Maintain timely preventive maintenance schedules for building equipment.
• Participate in quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets, and programs.

Requirements for Success:

• At least 05 years minimum experience verifiable as a facilities technician or leader.
• Experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Availability of time.
• Understanding of electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, and cooling systems.
• Knowledge of medium voltage, electrical installations, pneumatics, compressors, electrical substations, plumbing, wiring diagrams, electric, electronic systems schematics, and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of molding processes, chillers, water treatment, molding machines basic conditions, and installations.
• High school or technical degree in mechanics, electromechanics, or electrical engineering.
