Overview

Serás responsable de la asesoría y consultoría legal a clientes de alto valor de la BEYG, y participarás en la instrumentación de sus operaciones.

Lo que harás:

Proporcionar la Asesoría y Consultoría Jurídica a los Banqueros y Ejecutivos Empresariales de la Banca de Empresas y Gobierno [BEyG] sobre las operaciones puntuales que se originen en los Centros Corporativos respecto de la gama de productos que oferta la BEyG.
Instrumentar los contratos de crédito y Garantías que se originen en: los Centros Corporativos de la BEyG; las Oficinas de la BEyG; los Centros de Negocios PYME, respecto de la gama de productos de crédito que oferta la BEyG y en PYME cuando estos últimos llevan garantía hipotecaria.
Asistir a los Comités de Crédito Divisionales de Banca de Empresas para efecto de asesorar a dicho Comité en tema legales vinculados a la Admisión y sanción de crédito.
Ejecutar de plan de visitas en las sucursales de Banca de Empresas y Gobierno.

No obstante la casuística que exista en cada una de las Divisiones de la BEyG atendiendo a su propia estructura, el Senior Manager tiene asignadas:
Centro Corporativo, Oficinas de Banca de Empresas, Oficinas de Gobierno y Centros PYME.
