Requirements


Information Management job family is designed to cater towards all the data needs of business. It covers sourcing of data and building structured data lakes, designing data marts, creating reports, executing campaigns, generating business insights and hosting data in Cloud.

Key responsibilities also include, but not limited to:

creation of a robust data foundation and continuous update of datasets, support campaigns execution, develop self-serve solutions to empower the business to make informed decisions.

This team also acts as a bridge between IT and other stakeholders in the organization, such as business and analytic teams.

The role of CRM Data Engineer has a direct reporting line to the Head of Information Management and will be accountable for structuring the data platforms of CRM, customer Data-hub & Information Management.

He/she will be responsible for full connectivity to the MX business priorities and to the global roadmap.

This position will be contributing to setting the customer data strategy across WPB disciplines, developing new CRM capabilities, managing customer communication and campaign platform and integral campaign management strategies across the MX Brands, whilst growing the data & CRM talent pool in the GACMx.


The role has indirect responsibility of the incremental revenue created from centrally generated inputs and data for CRM leads, and is a key enabler and indirectly accountable WPB total revenues.

It also holds significant responsibility to ensure the analytic data infrastructure and cloud hub requirements to serve as platform to perform sophisticated customer analytics in WPB.


This leadership role involves leading 4 FTEs; people management responsibility including leading a talented and experienced data engineers through the optimal delivery of their personal objectives.

It requires good communication skills in order to influence audiences in some organization layers. Provides business data inputs into strategic decisions affecting WPB financial results.


Requirements:


  • Having Bachelor degree in one of these preferred disciplines: economics, computer science, data science, analytics, statistics, econometrics, management information system, communications, operations research
  • Indepth knowledge of the consumer data management within the banking industry in Mexico is desirable.
  • Experience in database management, innovative data infrastructure, Cloud data strategy development and campaign execution analysis across multiple financial product categories and customer segments.
  • Excellent communication skills (both in English and Spanish) in order to influence a wide range of audiences in different organization layers / geographies.
  • Ability to lead teams of expert data engineers
  • Exceptionally strong organizational, problemsolving and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to think creatively to drive innovative solutions
  • Ability to build connections and work collaboratively across boundaries
  • Strong communication skills, in particular the ability to produce high quality reports which are articulate and effectively deliver the right message to the recipients
  • Strong analytical skills with business analysis aptitude. Knowledge and understanding of financialservices/ bankingoperations.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Exhibit selfmotivated, selfstarter behaviors. Good communicator and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player; able to work members of different skills and experiences. Comfortable to operate in a complex matrix structure with multiple stake holders.
