Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget and periodic forecasts
- Assist in pricing aftermarket to Distribution Center
- Assisting managers with questions related to travel expenses, corporate cards, as well as miscellaneous reporting and data analysis required by plant area managers.
- Development of power BI report and Finance metrics such as overtime, MRB, line efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business field with appropriate combination of education and experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
- Proficiency with MS Office, including intermediate skills in Excel
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Selfmotivated and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proven strong analytical skills
- Process improvement driven
- Detailoriented and results driven
- Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities
- Strong work ethic
- Highest level of integrity, trust, and honesty
- Modeling skills in Excel
