To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience recruiting for blue collar and/or white collar positions in the US THIS IS NOT AN IT RECRUITING ROLE), excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Great Base Salary up to $44,000.00 MXN according to experience

Knowledge/Skills required:

-
At least 2 year of recruiting experience (working only in recruitment for the US) mandatory.

  • 3 years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering hiring results
  • Experience using diverse tools for sourcing
  • Experience in global recruitment operation
  • Experience in Boolean searching
  • Great written and oral communication in English and Spanish.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Educational Qualifications:


  • High School mandatory.
  • Preferred degrees: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Administration, or other related discipline,
  • Great MS Office skills,
  • English skills (must keep a business conversation).

Typical Responsibilities:


  • Experience in operation continuity, problem solving & decision making.
  • Prepare and publish job postings and give followup to applicants.
  • Review, control, and update of vacancy reports

Pay:
From $35,000.00 per month
