Talent Acquisition Specialist

Tata Consultancy Services Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico (Hybrid)

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience recruiting for blue collar and/or white collar positions in the US THIS IS NOT AN IT RECRUITING ROLE), excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Great Base Salary up to $44,000.00 MXN according to experience

Knowledge/Skills required:

-
At least 2 year of recruiting experience (working only in recruitment for the US) mandatory.

3 years of recruiting experience preferred
Proven track record of delivering hiring results
Experience using diverse tools for sourcing
Experience in global recruitment operation
Experience in Boolean searching
Great written and oral communication in English and Spanish.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills.

Educational Qualifications:

High School mandatory.
Preferred degrees: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Administration, or other related discipline,
Great MS Office skills,
English skills (must keep a business conversation).
