Experiência en implementar los procesos de importación/exportación más rentables, Desarrollar y documentar procesos y procedimientos, Planificar e implementar proyectos de optimización junto a los 4PL y el Shelter de México, amplia experiência en áreas logísticas.

Major Job Functions - other duties may be assigned as needed:

Support 4PL and/or Transportation Specialist for overall customs clearance.
Identify and implement the most costeffective import/export processes.
Partner with and support the Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, Sourcing, Quality teams.
Develops and document processes and procedures.
Plan and implement optimization projects alongside 4PL and Mexico shelter.
Help foster trusting relationships with external brokerage and internal team members.

Qualifications:

510 years of experience in the logistics industry.
Experience in data analysis.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. inventory planning, warehouse management).
Demonstrates Core Competencies of Attendance/Punctuality, Dependability, Ethics, Professionalism, Teamwork, Sense of Urgency, Safety and Security.
Strong analytical mind with problemsolving aptitude.
Strong attention to detail.
Great interpersonal skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Analytics or a related field with 5-10 years of proven experience.

Knowledge of logistics and production planning concepts is required along with excellent communication skills and an analytical mind with business acumen.
