What you'll do?

What you'll bring:


  • Responsible for the design, development, management and implementation of cloud native APIs including the build and testing on Google Cloud Platform's (GCP) Apigee EDGE API management platform.
  • Deep knowledge and handson experience in API management platforms (Apigee [required], MuleSoft, etc) and API related activities: requirement analysis, solution architecture and design, resourcebased API modeling, microservices architecture.
  • Create reusable API platform services including Logging, Monitoring, Authentication and Security.
  • Strong problem solving, communication, and technical writing skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively work both independently and within crossfunctional project teams. Effectively communicate issues, risks and dependencies with project stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
  • Participate in defining the operating model including platform support, code reviews, production deployments, and implementing the security and infrastructure standards.
  • Experience with DevOps tools like TeamCity, Urban Deploy, Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket etc. for API promotions.
  • Good knowledge of Micro gateway and GCP/Kubernetes/Anthos based Hybrid model
  • Very good understanding of setting up High availability, load balancing and failover configurations with Apigee
  • Good Communication
  • Flexibility to work North American hours
