ERM is seeking a Social Consultant (Entry Level) to join our support team in Mexico City, Mexico.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct desktop work (e.g., information review, research, data processing).
- Develop reports focused on social contexts, impacts, stakeholder engagement and requirements' compliance.
- Perform fieldwork activities aimed at social due diligence, stakeholder engagement and the elaboration of social baselines, among others.
- Systematize and analyze the fieldwork collected information.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in a similar role. Bachelor's degree in international relations, Sociology, Anthropology, Sustainable Development Engineering, or related discipline. Excellent written and verbal communication and fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory. Previous experience in international standards (International Finance Coalition Performance Standards, Equator Principles) is highly desirable. Flexibility to handle multiple assignments while meeting strict deadlines. Demonstrated report writing, data collation and management/presentation skills. Motivated to proactively contribute to a team environment, share knowledge, skills, and ideas. Previous experience in social issues (stakeholder mapping, social management plans) is desirable. Experience in fieldwork is highly desirable. Management of databases (i.e. INEGI, INPI, CONAPO). Previous experience in consulting is desirable. Travel may be required, passport and drivers ́ license are required (US Visa desirable).
