Main Duties and Responsibilities:_

Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the call center industry.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

Customized Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for clients' needs.

Market Insights: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.

Revenue Targets: Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications:_

Bachelor's Degree: Hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Business Development Experience: Proven track record in business development, preferably within a call center environment.

Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Collaborative Approach: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
