Overview:
Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking for a Trainee.
- Analysis of bank statements in order to identify the collection with respect to the client and invoices covered by each payment.
- Recording of collections in the accounting system (U4).
- Completion of Payment Complements (REP) in our billing portal.
- Uploading and sending Payment Complements to customer portals and contacts.
- Attention to audit requirements, regarding the integration of invoice files, credit notes, collections, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Studying in the last semesters of Accounting / Management / Industrial Engineering majors.
- Financial support is given through an agreement with the school.
- Must have insurance provided by the school.
