Team Overview:
The role create learning strategies for the commercial team of food business in LATAM.

You will be responsable for the experience design of programs and courses:
competency mapping, learning experience designing, learning assessment, LMS Management of the projects assigned to you.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage learning solutions/projects (face to face, virtual or blended) based on UX methodologies, instructional design, and learning trends.
  • Develop and map the competency model and competencies for the Sales roles.
  • Generate and manage Commercial programs based on soft and hard skills for all the positions.
  • Create training delivery strategies for the Region.
  • Implement and track training programs to ensure the delivery for the involved roles defined in the Region.
  • Assess training and development needs in the Region.
  • Develop business relationships with Commercial and key positions in the company to create training solutions for the Sales team.

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, psychology, or related.
  • 35 years of experience developing training programs and learning solutions as an instructional designer (must have).
  • 1 year working with commercial teams.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Resultsoriented person (must have).
  • Strong organization skills (must have).
  • Knowledge of industryleading trends in learning strategies and tools.
  • Project management skills (must have).
  • Businessoriented thinking.
  • Critical thinker with innovative problemsolving skills.
  • Strategic and creative mindset.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Advanced English is a must.
