    Grown with us as a Junior Maintenace Planner in our Mexicali Plant. Effectively manage preventive maintenance through the SAP system, ensuring routines align with business needs regarding Good Manufacturing Practices, EHSS policies (Environment, Health, and Safety), QFS guidelines (Quality, Food Safety, and Sustainability), and the proper supply of spare parts and consumables for equipment operation and maintenance. This role also serves as backup for the Instrumentation and Control engineer, prioritizing the resolution of issues in this discipline.

    HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    • Administer and carry out maintenance plans for production lines.
    • Control the monthly and annual budget for these areas under your responsibility.
    • Ensure that all contractor work complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety requirements.
    • Verify and ensure working conditions to prevent accidents in the area.
    • Monitor spare parts inventory in the warehouse to ensure operational continuity.
    • Coordinate contractor work with the maintenance team at the plant.
    • Generate continuous improvement and cost-saving projects in your area.
    • Participate in executing tasks within the global Food Safety program known as Golden Six, which includes water control, pest control, food buildup, gallons per minute (GPM) management, belting, and overhead food stream in elevated areas.

    YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

    • Knowledge of the SAP system (PRD and E1P) is desirable.
    • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the industrial field with basic knowledge in administration and maintenance concepts.
    • Bachelor's degree or incomplete degree in Administration, Electromechanics, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
    • Proficiency in Office software for administrative tasks.
    • Programming skills in ladder language for RS-Logix PLC.
    • Conversational level of English.
