En Global Executive estamos apoyando a una compañía multinacional líder en soluciones digitales para la industria automotriz y de movilidad, con presencia global y operaciones en Norteamérica, en la búsqueda de un/a Senior Payroll Accountant.
Esta posición forma parte del equipo contable y será responsable de asegurar el adecuado registro financiero de la nómina de Estados Unidos y Canadá, dentro de un entorno corporativo internacional con altos estándares financieros.
¿Qué harás en este rol?
Preparar y registrar asientos contables de nómina en el General Ledger.
Realizar conciliaciones detalladas de cuentas de balance relacionadas con payroll (accruals, payroll clearing, liabilities, etc.).
Analizar y explicar variaciones mensuales en cuentas de Balance Sheet y P&L.
Participar activamente en el cierre contable mensual bajo US GAAP.
Colaborar con equipos de Payroll, HR y Finanzas en diferentes regiones.
Apoyar auditorías internas y externas.
Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos y controles internos.
Perfil que buscamos
Licenciatura en Contabilidad o Finanzas.
4 a 6 años de experiencia en Payroll Accounting y General Ledger, idealmente con alcance en EE.UU. y/o Canadá.
Experiencia sólida en conciliaciones contables y cierre mensual.
Conocimiento de US GAAP.
Inglés avanzado (interacción constante con equipos internacionales).
Excel avanzado.
Es un plus si tienes experiencia con:
ADP
Dynamics AX / D365
Cognos
Entornos de Shared Services o compañías multinacionales
