    About the Role

    Leads the production management, plans the load vs capacity

  • Supply and production management
  • Capacity: throughput, machines, manpower
  • Planning / Ordering / buffers / sub tiers, wiptracking
  • KPIs
  • The position will interface daily with Planning, Production & Sales, Trade, Logistics, Warehouse.

    • Key Responsibilities

    Procurement process management.

  • Turn the PMP component needs into a materials purchase plan.
  • Transmission of purchase plan to the 1st/2nd/etc tiers in supply chain, including purchase orders and visibility2.
  • Demostrate the investments/capacity/production plan at supplier.
  • Production management (materials, wip, deliveries) from supplier to availability of materials for the production lines4-
  • Implement planning management, production and deliveries improvement projects.
  • Production management at suppliers and provide standardized production KPIs in ITP Group: production rates (throughput,takt time), wip tracking, LoB, Lead Time, etc.
  • Lead Operations Reviews at suppliers (load capacity analysis, production audits, VSM, sub-tiers, layouts) to make investment/expenses which ensure the capacity acquisition.
  • Leads the detection/analysis/ resolution of capacity deficits and production problems in the supply chain.
  • Accountable for the delivery of a supplies portfolio to planta of the ITP Group.
  • Leads improvement projects of production management, planning and deliveries, based on Lean Manufacturing Tools.

    • Team and interfaces.

  • Internal. ITP SCT. Member of a Supply Chain Team, formed by an operational buyer, a Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) and a commodity buyer, specialized in a su/family of components. External. Operational relationship with suppliers: commercial, planning, production.

    • Requirements

    Vocational Degree:

  • Industrial Engineering, Administration, international business, international management, etc.

    • Experience:

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in master scheduling, forecasting, procurement and planning.
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain management concepts, including demand forecasting, planning, inventory management, warehouse, transportation, and logistics.
  • Knowledge in industrial processes continuous improvement leadership.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. (6 Sigma certifications or Lean are a plus).
  • English C1-C2/ Advanced (Fluent business level).
  • Excel intermediate
  • SAP experience is a plus.
