Innovation & Continuous Improvement Mgr

Key Tasks:

1. Lead innovation initiatives that will influence decisions to launch new products, new material or new packaging technologies, in line with the Plant, business and

environmental objectives.

2. Ensure the correct composition, structural configuration and functionality of the new packaging materials for manufacturing at Lerma Site.

3. Technical support to site team, other Bayer sites and third parties.

4. Lead on Lerma site the selection and qualification of new suppliers of packaging materials for implementation of new packaging materials.

5. Develop and maintain the correct technical documentation for the implementation of new materials and / or packaging processes.

6. Ensure compliance with domestic and international regulatory requirements, corporate and environmental compliance during the development of new materials and/or packaging processes.

7. Evaluate the impact of new implementations on issues of cost and efficiency of packaging processes.

8. Anticipate and guarantee the timely closure of the actions required by the Quality Systems (Deviations, IRFES, CAPAS, Risk Analysis) that are the responsibility of the area.

9. Support to the Core Team of Implementation Projects for technical advice on packaging materials for new launch and transferences.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor at Industrial Design, Graphic Design;

Industrial Engineering, Chemical Pharmaceutical Biologist Engineering

• Languaje: Spanish / English C1

• Experience: 5 years of experience in areas related to the development of pharmaceutical packaging materials. Knowledge of desing software (graphic and industrial design).

• Skills: work under pressure, negotiation, ability to analyze, teamwork, interpersonal relationship skills, flexibility, project management. project management. Preferably supervisor or leadership experience.
