International architecture and engineering firm recognized as one of the fastest-growing architecture, engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firms in the U.S., is looking for a Mechanical Engineer in Leon or Chihuahua, Mexico with design experience in Plumbing and Mechanical systems for Healthcare and Commercial buildings.

Applicant will act as Mechanical support in different projects simultaneously, complete designs using design software in Revit.

Responsibilities

Performs calculation of ductwork static pressure calculations, and pump head calculations.
Provide engineering and 3D Revit support for multiple projects that include piping, plumbing and fire protection.
Receives instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features, and assistance in deriving possible solutions to unusual problems.
Exercises limited judgment in making adaptations or modifications to design concepts.
Coordinate, and direct the work effort of designers on the same project with some responsibility for checking his/her portion of the completed drawings.
May write portions of specifications and assist in preparing cost estimates.
Performs design work on Revit.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in engineering. Direct experience of +6 years
Ability to work independently as well as in a teamoriented environment.
Design experience in Plumbing and Mechanical systems for Healthcare and Commercial buildings.
Strong communication skills, ability to communicate with client directly, and facilitate a professional relationship.
Ability to work with remote office team members, across various company office locations and client personnel.
Experience with Revit software is preferred.
English written and spoken is necessary.

Additional information

26K to 32K gross monthly plus additional benefits.
Hybrid work/location: Leon or Chihuahua
