Purpose:

Monitoring plant statistical process control
Responsability:

Identify critical-to-quality (CTQ) product characteristics
2. Identify critical processes
3. Determine best ways for acquiring data of interest (equipment, inspector, criterias, ignition, etc)
4. Gather data and process knowledge of what impacts the output of the process
5. Control independent variables that have a sizeable impact on the process output
6. Look for ways to reduce variation
7. Keep it up in the long term supported by a daily/constant monitoring routine
