Concierge (CDMX) at BairesDev

We are looking for an Executive Assistant based in CDMX to support Managers and Leaders at BairesDev.

On occasion, you will also serve as a concierge or host at our office in CDMX whenever there's a client visiting along with any of our teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide support and assistance to managers with personal matters.
  • Assist and support clients and leads during their visits to the office.
  • Manage and coordinate personal trips.
  • Support with immigration documentation and international relocation.
  • Research and analyze suppliers in different parts of the world.
  • Facilitate decisionmaking.
  • Manage agendas, event planning, and appointment scheduling.
  • Budgets, purchases, refunds, and expense reports.

Here's what we are looking for:

  • Excellent communicator with advanced or competent English skills.
  • Demonstrated prior work experience assisting multiple managers.

Desirable:

  • Previous work experience in travel planning.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with translation (both written and simultaneous).
